Direct replacement for the rear shock absorbers, just need to swap the top hat around with the original.

$52 for 12 months rego!

also swapped out the rear shocks as the ones in the car were not keeping the springs captive

Basically just needs the mounting plate from the top of the original shock removed and swapped onto the new shock, just looking at photos and not going from experience.

OK, thanks.
Is there some alternative for front shock absorbers ?

TheMechanicnz

Not that i am aware of, i could be wrong though as i have not had to look. I got my shocks upgraded to bilsteins with progressive valving through Chris Alexander at Suspension tech karaka, for the front it was just the insert that was changed. He would be a good place to start as he should be able to match somthing up for you or refurb your current inserts.
