It is the same "by Chrysler" badge they had on the Valiants. I think Todd Motors put them on a lot of there cars because I have seen them on Hillman Avengers, Valiants and Hunters.

I have one on the back of my Avenger with the "By" bit cut off.

You can buy them new from Hemi Performance. They brought them out with the VJ Chargers and Valiants in 73. My Charger is a 72 VH so it missed out of the "by Chrysler" badge.

oh and i dont get my parts from the wreckers there, but du they have avengers there? i get them from a dude that lives there, he might as well be the wreckers though
