Just offer whatever, courier will be around $15 if on North Island, a bit more on South Island. Both out of a 1500TC. Flywheel could do with a bit of a clean, crank is in decent looking condition.

the side the chamfer is on the flywheel is relevant to the type of starter iirc

eg your 'normal' later "Pre-engaged type that pushes or the older (which I suspect this might be) pull 'Inertia Type"' starter is on the 'other side' & they must match apparently according to this post in my build thread

http://www.avenger.co.nz/forum/index.php?topic=425.msg7033#msg7033

this is the old / early style Pull Inertia Style

newer version we're probably all used to "Pre-engaged"

Jared DO NOT use that inertia starter in your auto...it's the wrong type and will munt your ring gear...and it's own gear too!!
Your ring gear is designed for a pre-engaged starter (with the solenoid built in) that pushes the gear into mesh from the front and the ring gear has a front chamfer to lead the gear into mesh.
An inertia starter spins the gear into mesh from the rear, so needs a rear chamfer to lead the gear into mesh, in other words the ring gear is fitted the other way around.
I think James in Waipukurau would have a pre-engaged starter or plenty at Smash Palace. Hillman and Chrysler Avenger pre-engaged starters are the same.
