Who owns a greeny/blue Avenger?

I saw a greeny/blue Avenger (Same colour as the one at the top of the forum) with black wheels in East Tamaki this morning.
It looked good and sounded as it should.
I was going to tell him it looked good, but he proceeded to drive through a red light at a busy intersection...obviously in a hurry...

(Wonder what he did with his old wheels?)

JoKer

lol they are only 'jelly bean mags' aka Tridents or Wards are ver y similar (and cooler cos they are NZ made)

get Wards if you can find them just for that fact :P (used to be made Near Palmerston North

i may have a set of 13" wards here at work. ill take a look and let yous know this afternoon

choggy

sorry they are 13x6 cheviots. how do i add a photo??

JoKer

like most forums you cant actually upload them to the board, ya gotta 'host' them somewhere like Facebook or imgur / photobucket

then encapsule the url of the img in tags with square brackets : or use the advanced reply option & hit the Img icon & paste the url in there, its also possible to hotlink Instagram images too

Ideally I'd like 13x4.5 or 13x5 but I don't think they made them in that width.

avenga

Yup, That would have been me. I go down to East Tamaki a lot and I was down that way on there that day.

I still have the old wheels if anyone wants them.

How wide, and how much?

avenga

13x6. Make an offer.

I will just have to go and check that I still have all 4. One of them is at the top of my big pile of Avenger wheels, just need to check I didn't misplace one of them.

Yup, I still have all 4 wheels in my garage. All of them look good.

They do fit okay with 185's

Here is a thread about tyre sizes http://www.avenger.co.nz/forum/index.php?topic=96.0

I saw you going south through tokoroa at the end of last year sometime richard. I think I just had my mouth open staring as you went past me in my work van, I have to say your car is absolutely stunning! Would love to have a good look up close sometime.

avenga

Yup, that was me, back in November, I went down to a car show down in Turangi.

My car gets spotted everywhere because it is so unique.

We really should organise another Avenger meetup at some point.
