Front Springs

Does anyone know the height of the standard front springs (off the car)?

I have a set of uprated lowered springs and I am trying to figure out how much lower they are?

Right hand Spring type (two paint stripes of the stated colour)

A - 299 mm - colour code - orange
B - 299,5 mm - cc- brown
C - 366 mm - cc - white
D - 371 mm - cc - white
E - 338 mm - cc - green
F - 340 mm - cc - green

Left hand Spring type

A - 277 mm - yellow
B - 279 mm - yellow
C - 338 mm - blue
D - 344 mm - blue
E - 314 mm - pink
F - 316 mm - pink
