I have a Flamethrower ignitor II electronic ignition module and 45'00v 0.6ohms coil on order for my GLS and Pertronix who make the coils recommend running a plug upgrade with the set-up. Does anyone have any recommendations for a performance plug to run instead of the stock Champion RN9YC plugs?

I have been offered a set of NGK BP9EV race spec plugs. Has anyone used these plugs and know if they are ok for street car?

Thanks.

Now Gary...you can't use race spec plugs on the road unless you're going at race speeds??!!
They're way too cold...use these ones...I sell them here in NZ and everyone raves over them...

Cheers Ross, I just ordered a set.

Can you believe the company selling them is based in my home town!

That's handy Gary...tighten the terminal nut and gap them to 25 thou when installing them.

Hey Ross I received the plugs today, I didn't realise these were a quad tip!

I fitted a Bosch quad tip in my Amphicar a few years back and they ran great and really improved the performance so I am looking forward to seeing how they work in he Avenger.
