[WANTED] Drivers/Passengers Front Door Hinges

Started by Nikolai, March 27, 2014, 12:07:15 AM

Nikolai

My hinges are old and sagging. Any replacements floating about?

Located in Auckland, NZ. Happy to ship.

Cheers

Mine had the same problem.

I got a second hand set from Smash Palace down in Horopito but they were just as bad.

In the end I just got Mal down at Bygone to make me a new set of pins and they are as good as new now.

Yup. All the second hand hinges are still going to be 40 years old so they will all have some amount of sag after all these years. Re-drilling and replacing the pin would last you years.

Ah sweet - thanks for the advice guys. Will proceed with that method!

P.S Link G4 is arriving this afternoon ;)

Awesome.

I will be running a link in my V8.

You need to get your Avenger up and going so I can check it out. I have just got mine back from getting it's new engine and am just running it in over the weekend.
