Naming and badging my Avenger - Help and feedback wanted

Hi guys.

As you all know my Avenger of doom is nearing completion. I have been thinking about what badge to run on the car. I brought some Alpine badges thinking I could use those, but it isn't really an Alpine, and it isn't a Super anymore.

I was thinking of making up a fictitious submodel name, since it doesn't fit any of the models such as Super, Alpine, GT or Tiger. It is a bit of all of them but heaps more than any of them.

Originally I was thinking for some thing like the Toranas did with the XU-1's and SLR5000's or Valiant did with the R/T E49's but then I was down at the mechanics today dropping off the Avenger and they suggested calling it an "Avenger Panther" sort of a carry on from where the Tiger left off.

If I do go for a model name I will get some badges made up for it.

What do you guys think? or do you have any other ideas for badges/names. The back is looking really blank so I need something to make it look cool.

How about Avenger Cougar...don't let your mum drive it...!!??

If you like Winnie the Pooh, you could call it Avenger Tigger...2nd thoughts maybe not...it's the wrong colour...lol

I know...with those wheels and tyres it could be a Big Foot Avenger...sounds better than Avenger Yeti...lmao

Of course you'd want to put ESCORT EATER across the rear spoiler anyway...would get heaps of brownie points from Kiera!!

they are becoming pretty common these days

Plymouth Cricket! or Locust etc? Praying mantis?

avenga

We joked about calling it a Praying Mantis after the Cricket.

I don't want to run just the plain Hillman Avenger badge, it would look too plain on such a modified car. Really need to do something like to XU1's and SLR5000's did.

I want it to look like it was a crazy factory race model they made like with the Toranas

Cool, so that would make the Panther name fit even better. If they had the Tiger and the Cheetah, then why not the Panther.

I like Panther the best. Kiera should name her Avenger the leopard with her leopard skin dash.

Cougar would attract too many older woman from West Auckland :P
