Thats the plan first event is 2nd of sep cant wait just need to sort a few things

That is the same in NZ motorsport, there are tons of Escorts racing but you hardly ever see Avengers racing. Technically would should be able to crap all over the Escorts, the Avengers are lighter and have better suspension (Escort has leaf spring in the rear).

It will be really interesting to see how you go.

We shall see how it goes will have to run in a modern class so will be against all sorts in my class
think my dad will be out in his proton satria gti

avenga

At least they have a modern and classic class.

Most the racing I did in NZ was classed purely by engine size, so I was up against modern 1600's. A classic push-rod 1600 just can't keep up with anything twin-cam.

I will be up against protons. ford pumas, 205 gti ect. Will be the first time I have driven the car in just under a year and the first time in cometition for 2 years. Just hope I have sorted out the small isues we have had since the conversion and the box holds out and we should have a good day.
