i rung them today at 2pm, they hadnt even rung this guy in auckland who was ryna suss out a windscreen, so baicly, they had put no effort into finding one alltogether, then i got a missed call with a message telling me to ring them? i have no idea whats going on

oh i was given that option but i was going to have to wait 3 months for it, and then it was probably just going to get stuck on a coral reef somewhere anyway lol. ill grab the details of this guy in hamilton when i pick the car up in hmmm 2 weeks if anyone also needs a new windscreen

yea smith&smith want it to be laminated and mu insurance company is willing to fork out the $3,000 so im prepared for wait for 2 more weeks to get my car back in order to milk it from the insurance company and get some shiny new glass. ive only been paying for glass insurance for 4 weeks and thyre prepared to take it off me so thats approx a $10 windscreen

yea got a big clean crack running right through the middle of it. just walked to it after work and then rage lol. rung up smith&smith hotline, they lodged it with the nappier branch. got my letter in the mail the other day saying no more glass insurance for me, its effective from 9th dec. any one know if im allwed to just drive it around until the new one comes? it just runs straight through the middle
