heres an idea, why dont you get some peugeot 14" steelies, wich are 4x108pcd, then send them to Elite wheels in christchurch. They can widen them to whatever size you want for $75+ gst per rim..... just a idea to fill the guards out.

Good idea, a bit hard to come by the wheels though...have to buy the whole car...lol

lol elite is a joke, dont go there. steel surgeon in auckland is really good. cheaper too.

ive got some 15s for the trump that I will be getting widened to 9" when I can afford it

How much does steel surgeon charge Andrew? Im keen to get some made up for my Avenger. Could also use 1998-2005 ford focus steel rims, as they are 4x108 PCD & they are 15"!!!

ive never used him/them but have heard $60 a wheel. much cheaper than elite, who will steal the best part of $400 from you, and take a good few months, and chances are at least one of your wheels will leak. and thats from personal experience.

Here's a handy website - gives you mag and steel wheel PCD, Offset (ET) and Bore size for all makes and models:

http://www.carlsalter.com/wheel_fitments.html

You have to be careful using other manufacturers wheels, even with the correct PCD and offset you can come unstuck!!
There's some 4 x 108 Porsche 924 mag wheels on TradeMe - cheap at $100 a set...

But the Bore size is only 55mm, won't fit over the 64mm front hub on an Avenger...just put a couple on the back I guess...lol

wouldnt be a big job to take the centres out to fit hillman if there was enough meat on the rim to do it!!! but you would probably need the wheel to ascertain that.
just a suggestion but what about superlites? available in all sizes and offsets,i think they look really well on avengers i will post some pics of the maltese ones i saw with them fitted.
i believe they are available here to arent they no idea on prices though probably to expensive.
a good source is midland wheels in uk although again shipping would be too costly, wheels are really resonabley priced though well when paying in uk pounds.
