Probably worth the $800 to truck it to Ak, as wagons will be the most valuable Avenger in the future...there's so few survivors.

1978 Chrysler GLS (converted to manual) $2,000 Invercargill

1978 Chrysler Avenger GLS

Car has recently been converted to manual, with a new clutch assembly. Has had new front strut inserts and a new battery. Will have only done less than 500ks since last warrant.
Car was purchased from storage for our son as his first car, but he has moved on to a small Japanese vehicle.
This car was originally from the Queenstown area, only coming south in the mid 90's so has no rust that we have been able to find. Does have some cosmetic flaws - cracks in dash (See pics) and tears in seats.
Really is a tidy wee car for its age and drives very well.

Have a selection of spares, including an engine, headlights, taillights, windscreens, centre console, and various other bits. All included when car sells.

Please ask any questions and we will try and answer to the best of our knowledge.

Totally. If you gave those hubs and rings a good polish it would look awesome.

$2000 isn't bad for it. Pity it is all the way down in Invercargill.

The GLS in Invers is mine, I bought it for the lad but his romance with old stuff is over! Would keep it but currently have no dry storage for it as I also have an LJ Torana. Any q's just shout. Great wee car, pity to have to sell.
