Austin Hillman Avenger 1975??? (I didn't know Austin made Avengers ;) )

QuoteThis Hillman Avenger was purchased new in 1975 by my grandma - now that she is 88 it is time to sell this classic. The k's are correct, however it has been around the clock once already. It is really well looked after and still has the original paint colour. It has a brand new battery in the car. Unsure of the stereo etc. however there has been nothing changed to the car so would expect that this be radio only. She has really taken care of this car and is in great condition. Any questions, feel free to ask.

buy mine instead, its way more badass

avenga

Yes yours is much more bad ass. at least 90% more bad ass, if not much more.

Good luck with the sale of yours but don't think you are going to get away from the forum that easily. If you do sell your Avenger I still expect you to frequent the forum and post random crap. You are part of the Avenger family now so no getting out of your duties to the forum :)

BTW See if you can pimp the forum on your Avenger ad. like put something down the bottom saying "New owner must join the Avenger forum at http://www.avenger.co.nz" ;)

I had a 72 Avenger TC, All black interior, tombstone  seats etc.....great car! had it for 14 years bought it off a a very good friend who had owned it from new and had it for 15 years....wanted to restore it but ended up selling it for $150 bucks when I moved away from my then location.....Never got paid for either LOL

avenga

Man that sucks. It would be an awesome car to own now days. Avenger TC's are really rare now days. I don't know of anyone who has one anymore.

A few of my friends used to own TC's but I don't know of any surviving cars left.

JoKer

at least one hiding under blackberry at Wilf's...

sitting on dirt so a weeks worth of scrub cutting may result in tears... or TREASURE!

It would so be worth pulling that thing out. If it is restorable it would be the only TC I know of on the road.

It would make an awesome daily driving for you JoKer, dump the subbie.
