Hi Anyone Know if I can fit 13x7 in Performance superlites and 205 or 215 tyres to my avenge without flaring the guards ? ::)

depends entirely on the offset

I've tried a Set of 13x7 Hotwires & no go (even with 165's on them)

then I managed to run some Avanti 17x7's with 215's all around without any major rubbage

and these are the 13x 7's I tried

belief it or not the rear gaurd is the most restriction I had to run the 205's on the back & put the 215's o nthe front with the 17"s

test fitted some 165's on the 13x7"s & basically given up for now

without cutting or flaring stuff Which I'm not keen on just yet

I run 225/50/R15 on 15x8 Performance wheels challengers and 195/50/R15 on 15x7 but I needed to flare my guards

I did try some superlites on my other Avenger, it does really depend on the offset.

If you are getting the wheel made for you by performance wheels then you can specify the offset. At the back you can go inwards quite a bit, which is how I could fit the 225's on the back. If you run enough negative offset on the back you should be fine, you will probably have to run different offset front and back but measure it up before ordering your wheels, that's what I did with my wagon and I get the measurements spot on.
