FS: 1979 Chrysler Avenger GLS AKL Offers

One of my friends has a 1979 Chrysler Avenger GLS he is trying to sell. It was was brought by his daughter as a project but she has moved on to bikes and he just wants to move it on to a good home.

The car is not perfect, it does have some small rust issues and the vinyl roof is in pretty bad condition, but it is definitely good enough to save, and too good to be parted out or sent to the scrap yard.

The rego is live. I went around to see the car yesterday and the motor runs well. The interior is good for the most part except for the dash which is cracked, but this always happens with the Chrysler Avengers. The tacho and speedo needles are also bent, but that is an easy fix.

He doesn't want much for the car, just wants to make sure it goes to someone who is going to get it back on the road, so if you are looking for a classic, and don't mind doing a little work then it's a steal.

The car used to belong to Ross (AKA OldSchool) so it has been in the club for ages.
