Good spotting but it probably would have sold by now given that the ad was placed in 2008  ;D

The ad said it was an 1800? Brazil engine or typo?

Those wheels are pretty cool. I wonder if they are standard on the Talbot Avengers.

That Sunbeam Ti is awesome. such a cool little sleeper. I bet if you brought it over here is would surprise a few people. It just looks like a standard hatchback until you open the bonnet and see those webers.

Yes, basically a re-bodied Avenger Tiger.
The Lotus version is the one to go for....with the 2.2L motor it's seriously fast...!!

Awesome, I wonder if you could track down a lotus 2.2L motor to put in an Avenger. That would be cool.

I think you've got more chance of kicking out Brad Pitt and hooking up with Angelina Jolie....lol

it shouldnt be that hard iv seen elites and eclats over here basically the same 907 engine all you would need is the engine mounts and crossmember from the lotus,i believe they use the supra w50 box as an alternative to the zf dogleg,it would be doable if you wanted, there was one in the uk think its been broken up now for spares.
i had a lotus sunbeam back home wicked little car to go mine was 227 bhp 160 ish at the wheels sold it to a mate before i left so its still around for skids if im on holiday back home ;D

Here's a complete Sunbeam Lotus for sale in the UK for under 5000 pounds - shipping is around $3000, so maybe worthwhile as a parts car to make a super hot Avenger?
